Supernatural Funky Musique festival 2004
The first edition of the festival drew 3500 true music lovers to a stretch of grass near Utrecht. We conceptualized the Supernatural sound and dividend the genres into 3 specific area’s and a mainstage: Jazz it up , World Latino and Rootdown Funk.

2005 brought almost 5000 funkbrothers and soulsisters from allover europe in Utrecht. We added a new area called ‘downtown‘ which completed the broad range of Supernatural sounds with Hip hop & Soulrelated artists such as Spinna, Kurtis Blow and Zap Mama.

Space is the place – Indoor event 2005
Gashouder - Amsterdam
A very daring combination of artists was put together in the industrial environment of old gasfactory ‘Gashouder‘ in Amsterdam. A Marathon indoor party from 21.00 – 06.00 hrs. Exposed jazz, funk and techno freaks to each others taste. Check the line up below to imagine how thousands went crazy of this succesfilm blend of contra styles.

Brotherhood 2006
In the year 2006 a smaller, intiemste festival was organised at the Paperdome. The line up consisted of mostly dutch artists and live acts were absent in this edition. But nevertheless it was still the funkiest festival in the lowlands.
Artists: Marley Marl & Graig C, Maestro, Wicked Jazz Sounds, Svendex, Edo Salgado, Kraak en Smaak, Brownie, Bossa Boogie, Leroy Rey and Boemklatsch.
Supernatural Funky festival 2009
The 2009 festival is divided in 3 area’s with each an own style: Funk, Jazz and Latin.
Live perfomances from the America’s Budos Band, Poets of Rhythm from Germany, Lack of Afro UK and the Dutch Funk band Juicebox. DJ sets from Turntable Dubbers ( Belgium ) and Supernatural residents Ronny Hammond / Anam. Also DJ sets from Sugaspank, Loose Fit, Tommy, Sticky Dojah, Jazz Junkies, Double J, Maestro, Leroy Rey, Sunz of Banditos en Bossa Boogie.
